Password must meet the following requirements:

• At least one letter
• At least one capital letter
• At least one number
• Be at least 8 characters

Instead of entering your password, you’re going to receive an email from Think Wrong Login that will enable you to complete the secure login process, it’s an extra step, but totally worth it!

You may be asking, why have we got rid of passwords? In a word, security.

The Think Wrong Lab takes security of users and your data super seriously, and this adds yet another layer to that.

First, one less password to remember, or forget!

Second, the 40 character “password” expires every 10 minutes and is hidden behind two 24 character random hashed fields — that's pretty hard to crack (especially in 10 minutes!).

Third, for organizations when an employee leaves, their email is turned off—so you don’t have to worry about removing them from the Think Wrong Lab, once someone loses access to that email, they loose access to The Lab—that makes administration a piece of cake.

Your session lasts 10 hours (or until you logout), so you’ll only have to logon to a device once a day.

Make sure that the login emails don’t go to your Spam folder or are blocked by your corporate firewall, and if they do make sure to mark them as not spam.

The login email self-destructs, after 10 minutes it’s no longer active and you’ll have to login again.
