Individual User’s Data

Under GDPR, as the data controller, you have access to view, change, and delete personal data within the Think Wrong Lab — as do the individuals who the data pertains to.

Export User Data

As the data controller of your data in the Think Wrong Lab, you are able to export all the personal data that we hold in the system. It is downloaded in JSON format, which you may pass onto your IT team, or import into Excel.

Export Blitz Data

As the data controller or your data in the Think Wrong Lab, you are able to export all the blitz data for your license that we hold in the system. It is downloaded in JSON format, which you may pass onto your IT team, or import into Excel.

Deleting Everything

As the data controller, at the termination of your license you may wish to export, and subsequently delete all your data from the Think Wrong Lab. 
NOTE: There is no way back from this action! Even though data is backed up for 8 days, once this operation is complete there are no mechanisms currently in place to restore your data if you subsequently repurchase a license.

To delete all your data: 

  1. Press the "Request To Delete" button.
  2. You will receive an email with a long code in it.
  3. After 24 hours, return to this page and enter that code and press the "Delete Confirmation" button.
  4. The system will log you out and your data will have been removed.
